- Use a recent photo meeting the receiving office’s passport-photo rules. Registration/card issue normally requires a photo taken within six months; ordinary stay extensions do not automatically require a new card photo.

- Use 사증발급신청서 from the receiving mission or Visa Portal. This is different from the in-Korea integrated Form 34. Check whether an e-form, appointment or visa-issuance confirmation number is required.

- Select the intended status in the Visa Navigator, then read the mission’s current notice. Ask your school/employer which sponsor documents it supplies. E-9 uses the EPS recruitment/contract route; a private invitation is not a substitute.
